    A simple but efficient set of question are already sufficient to start a process of reviewing the planning and implementation of your e-procurement activities. There are many ways of doing it, which mostly depends on the concerned company and its structures and processes. However, there are a few elements, which you should consider always:
     
  • Develop measures to know when things have been done including automated performance alerts, and schedule periodic reviews of e-procurement progress
  • Check that the things are done satisfactorily
  • Assess whether things should be done in a different way next time
  • Use inter-company email or chat board communication on useful websites and tools found
