The main bulk of the contents of this section of the Web-site will provide VRML-JAVA applications developed by the Joint Research Centre (JRC ISIS) of the European Commission located in Italy at Ispra. ISIS is the European Union centre of expertise in the application of emerging technologies for the protection of the individual citizen and of society as a whole.
